Pool size worked back from today's reserves and valued at the current price: an estimate.
The pool quotes bids and asks around a live reference price. When someone trades against those quotes, the whole fee goes to the pool and is shared between providers by share of the pool. Withdrawing returns your part of whatever is in the pool at that moment.
If the market moves a long way, the pool can end up holding more of the asset that lost value, so what you take out can be worth less than what you put in.
7 and 30 day figures estimate your cut: your share of the pool times the fees it took in.
